AITpath

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026.

These terms govern your use of AITpath, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advantage Business Systems, Inc., a Connecticut corporation, which operates AITpath from 1079 Whalley Ave., Suite #4, New Haven, CT 06515. By creating an account or using AITpath, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AITpath.

What AITpath is

AITpath is a training and journey-management tool for nursing home Administrators in Training (AITs), their preceptors, and their facility administrators. It helps track hours and rotations, delivers practice questions and lessons, and generates reports for preceptor review.

AITpath is a training aid, not an authority. It does not grant, guarantee, or influence any professional license. The hour requirements, rotation guidance, and exam content in the app are provided as a convenience and, for some states, have not yet been independently verified against that state's licensing board. You are responsible for confirming your program's actual requirements with your state board and your preceptor, not solely with this app.

AITpath does not supervise, employ, or certify anyone. The relationship between an AIT, their preceptor, and their facility is between those parties, governed by their own arrangements and by state law. AITpath is a record-keeping and training tool used within that relationship, not a party to it.

Who can use AITpath

You must be at least 18 years old and a genuine participant in an Administrator-in-Training program, a preceptor, or an authorized facility administrator to use AITpath.

Your account

AITpath does not use passwords. Signing in sends a one-time code to your email (or, where available, your phone or a linked Google account). You are responsible for keeping access to that email, phone, or Google account secure — anyone who can receive your sign-in code can access your account.

During a closed beta period, new accounts are created only for people who have been invited. This restriction may be lifted as AITpath opens more broadly.

Acceptable use

Using AITpath, you agree not to:

Your content

You own what you write — journal entries, check-in notes, and anything else you enter. Using AITpath, you grant us the license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to whomever you have chosen to share it with, solely to provide the service.

Fees

AITpath does not currently charge for access. If and when paid plans launch, pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charge is made, and this section will be updated.

Termination

You may stop using AITpath at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. What happens to your data when an account is closed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

AITpath is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. AITpath is not a substitute for professional, medical, or legal advice, and using it does not create any professional or supervisory relationship with us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AITpath and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any effect on your training progress, hours, or licensure outcome.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced within the app.
